In-person physician evaluation
A Florida-licensed physician must evaluate you in person and enter a recommendation into the OMMU registry.

Register in MMUR
Physician registers your recommendation in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Submit patient application
Apply online through the OMMU patient portal and pay the ~$75 annual fee.
4
Receive MMUR ID card
DOH mails your card within 5 business days of application approval.
