Terms of Service

This document is being finalized

This document is with legal counsel for review and is not yet published. We will not present unreviewed legal text as binding terms.

In the meantime, these things are always true and are enforced in the product itself:

• The Caregivers Grove does not perform background checks, identity checks, license checks, or any screening of any user.
• We are an introduction platform only. We do not process state applications, store medical records, or verify anyone’s registration with any state program.
• Nothing here is medical advice or legal advice.
• Cannabis remains federally illegal. State law varies and changes; consult qualified counsel about your own situation.

If you need a copy of our current terms before they are published here, contact us and we will provide them.
